Dhruv Brahmbhatt is Managing Director of MYCrave Consultancy and Services, which provides intellectual property services commercially, and is connected to Mission I.N.V.E.N.T., which the mission site states operates under MYCrave. Writing on this site about intellectual property is therefore written by someone with a commercial interest in the field. That does not make it wrong; it does make disclosure necessary, which is why it appears on every relevant page rather than only here.
