The Discipline Project
The gym is the only place
where the maths is honest
You either did the work or you did not, and the bar knows either way. This is a personal record of that — not a programme, not coaching, and not advice.
It sits on this site for one reason: the same argument runs underneath everything else here. Ideas compound, filings compound, kilometres compound, and none of it happens in the month you happen to feel motivated. Training is that argument, running on a person, where you can watch it.
What this section will contain
- A timeline: when training started, what changed, what stalled.
- Habits that survived, and the ones that did not.
- Setbacks, including the boring ones — injury, travel, months lost.
- Selected routines, described as what one person does, never as what you should do.
- Photographs, dated, unretouched, with consent from anyone else in frame.
What it will never contain
- Prescriptive advice on training, diet or supplementation.
- Before-and-after images without dates and consent, or with deceptive retouching.
- Body shaming, of anyone, including himself.
- Health claims, transformation claims, or undisclosed promotion.
