Essays, opinions, explainers and notes from the road. Rather than hide the pieces I am still working on, I have listed them here with the stage they are at.
Everything published here carries a date, its sources where they matter, and a way to tell me I got something wrong. Opinion is labelled as opinion. Anything touching law, medicine or an identifiable person goes through review first — which is why a few pieces sit at that stage for a while.

How things get published here
- Idea — a question worth several hundred words.
- Draft — written in Dhruv’s voice, first person, with scenes rather than adjectives.
- Fact check — every number checked against the evidence ledger; anything unsourced comes out.
- Editorial review — for law, medicine, finance, politics, allegations or identifiable third parties.
- Copy edit — grammar corrected without flattening how he actually talks.
- Rights review — every image has alt text, a credit and a rights status.
- Published — with dates, sources and a corrections route.
Comments are off at launch. They switch on when moderation, community guidelines and a reporting route are in place — not before.
